High
upon the mountains,
away from the city clamour,
By graceful trees surrounded,
there stands our own dear school,
We revel in the leisure, the study, sport & fun,
The beauty of the hillside, the breezes, the rain &
sun.
Chorus :
So we'll love our own dear school,
with glad remembrance ever,
And we'll stand by the good and right,
with steadfast calm endeavour,
We will treasure friendships firm,
that will last our whole lives through,

So
here's to kimmins, to dear old kimmins;
May we be always true.
We
come from many countries,
and thrilled by past traditions,
Of noble, loyal service we live in Unity.
Our motto, "God My Leader",
inspires our work and play,
And by His grace we'll follow
more faithfully each day.

the Principal's Desk |
If
we look at history of
the human race, it can
be seen that society has
transcended from a barbaric,
refractory and uncultured
one, to a far more civilized,
concerned and cultured
one.
Never has mankind experienced such rapid changes as in
the past two decades. Communication, audio visual and other
modern technologies have integrated and synergized domains
that are providing and generating multidimensional facilitations.
They have enabled today's children to acquire capabilities
and competencies that were unavailable to their grandparents
in their productive life. The multiple advantages make young
people of today more efficient than past generations.
An educational institution is not simply a means to an
end. Its purpose is not to merely churn out individuals,
but also to influence the right type of society that can
be cultivated through education. We need to educate students
so that they have a confident and balanced worldly view.
Every student should be regarded as a valuable person, whose
mind, body and spirit need nurturing, within a loving and
caring environment. Kimmins School provides such an environment
that would bring focus and direction to the lives of students
and prepare them for the future.
